Dr. Campbell is an extraordinarily skilled breast radiologist, identifying breast abnormalities quickly and ensuring proper initial work up and diagnosis. She is also an advocate for the best screening possible. With her background in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), Dr. Campbell was instrumental in developing the Breast MRI program at the MGH Breast Diagnostic Center, accredited by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers and an American College of Radiology Accredited Breast Imaging Center of Excellence. She has worked to improve equipment (digital mammography) and implement appropriate screening guidelines.

Dr. Campbell attended George Washington School of Medicine and interned at St. Mary's Medical Center in Internal Medicine. She did her residency in Diagnostic Radiology followed by a fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University of California, San Francisco. She is board certified in both Radiology and Neuroradiology. She has served as the Medical Director of the Breast Diagnostic Center of Marin and Section Chief Breast Imaging, North Bay Division, California Advanced Imaging since 2005.

 Dr. Campbell has long been a champion for high risk breast screening. She played an important role in developing the Breast Navigation Service Program at Marin General Hospital. Her ultimate goal is to save Marin women’s lives.
